The Coach Manager Online Website and content management system make it easy for operators to build their own corporate website, entirely within Coach Manager, without needing to have any website design skills or special technical knowledge.
The Client Portal lets an operator's clients request and accept quotations, list and check their bookings, view a statement of account and make secure online card payments.
The Driver Portal lets drivers log in remotely to view a diary showing the bookings they have been allocated to. Clicking on a booking will bring up the full details of its work ticket.
The Operations Portal lets traffic office staff log in when they are out of the office to view all the bookings for a given day in a diary and then add, or change, vehicle and driver allocations.

Tour Booking System
Our Tour Booking System can build a fully automated website generated entirely from details entered directly into TBS as tours are assembled. This allows operators to create and maintain an online presence without needing to have any website design skills or special technical knowledge.
The TBS website is hosted in the cloud and can handle online reservations from travel agents and direct clients, with real-time processing of card payments and automatic emailing of confirmations.
Pricing for the TBS Website hosting service is dependent on the size of the TBS system. The pricing structure has been designed to make the service a highly economical proposition for operators with small to medium sized tour or excursion programmes.
