TBS Mobile Website Released to Clients

Further to the preview of our Tour Booking System mobile website shown to visitors at the recent Coach & Bus Live show, we are pleased to announce that this exciting new functionality has now been released to our clients.

TBS is a complete management solution for individual passenger reservations on extended tours, day excursions and express services.  In addition to being a powerful back office system, TBS incorporates a fully automated data driven website for handling online reservations from travel agents and direct clients, with real-time payment processing and automatic emailing of confirmations.

The touch-optimised smartphone implementation of the TBS website includes the full feature set of the desktop browser version including: -

• Client and agent logins
• Tour browsing and selection
• Seat selection (with optional prime position supplements)
• Accommodation selection
• Additional items selection
• Home or standard pick-up selection (with optional supplements)
• Secure online processing of card payments (with optional card type supplements)
• Emailing of confirmation, invoice, insurance certificate and booking conditions
• My Account facility with online balance payments and booking history, plus basic account details, loyalty scheme and favourites management.

This functionality is available free of charge to all full version TBS clients with a current software maintenance or subscription agreement.
