Support Specialist
Distinctive Systems, the world’s leading supplier of management software for coach, bus and tour operators is currently seeking applicants for a Support Specialist based in the US. Qualified applicants should be prepared to create a work from home environment that is conducive for providing remote support and consultations to our clients.
The requirements for this position are several years of customer support experience, preferable within the motorcoach industry. An in-depth knowledge of one or more of our software products would be highly advantageous, but not required. A strong general IT background in Microsoft Windows is also preferred. It is essential that all applicants have a proven track record of good communication skills via the phone, email and internal support ticketing system and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
We are offering a competitive salary, based upon the level of experience. Additional benefits include Company contribution to a 401(k) Plan, as well as health, dental and life insurance plans. This position offers potential growth into an Implementation Specialist in 2 to 5 years.
