Software maintenance is included in the subscription price.

All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT.
Note: Clients on the previous outright purchase pricing model should be aware that the Driver App and Google Maps Platform integration service are only available with a current software maintenance agreement.
Inclusive Training
Express versions include 8 hours of online training and full versions include 16 hours. Online training is usually broken down into 1 to 2 hour sessions depending on the area of the system being covered and can be scheduled to take place when most convenient for the client.
As an alternative to online training, onsite training is available for £250 for a single day or £375 for two days. Travelling time is charged at £25 per hour.
Clients also have the option of coming to our York training centre for one or two days of inclusive training at no extra charge.
TBS Website Hosting Service
The TBS website, online bookings and online payment handling can be hosted and managed by Distinctive Systems. Monthly hosting prices are based on the capacity level of the system as follows:

For customers on unlimited capacity, please contact us for pricing. The initial setup of this service is free of charge. Alternatively, customers may choose to self-host the website. A current software maintenance agreement is required if the TBS website is hosted by Distinctive Systems.
