PTS currently consists of the following modules: -

Business Intelligence
Enables the user to easily extract meaningful information from the nuggets of insight that are buried in the tons of data that we have at our disposal.

The Business Intelligence module includes a robust Crystal Reporting engine with the ability to create user-defined parameters for existing reports on the fly without accessing the Crystal Report Designer to modify parameters or the need to create additional reports. In addition, flash reports are available that allow the user to drill-down to relevant detail. Information can also be accessed through inquiries utilizing Microsoft .NET or through reports utilizing Microsoft Reporting Services. These tools enable users to transform valuable data into shared information. Reporting includes common industry key performance indicators and management reporting utilizing data from Dynamics GP, Paradigm Transportation Suite, and DSL's Coach Manager and VMS modules. PTS offers standard reporting for Drivers, Advances and Expenses, Payroll and Vehicle Mileage by Vehicle or State.

Driver Accounting & Trip Reporting
Frees operators from the drudgery of paperwork and enables them to focus on mission critical activities.

The Driver Accounting & Trip Reporting module focuses on driver accounting from advance management through trip completion including expenses incurred and payroll data capture; mileage recorded for reporting with IFTA; and the capacity to manage and extract data to integrate to in-house payroll systems or payroll services. The Driver Accounting & Trip Reporting module offers the ability to generate data sources for general ledger, accounts payable and payroll information. A seamless link to the DSL Coach Manager system offers the capacity to track all costs incurred in a movement and the ability to charge-back expenses to clients at a pre-defined billing rate or the ability to markup by percentage. Another seamless link to Distinctive Systems VMS is available to update vehicle odometer readings which trigger scheduled vehicle maintenance. The Driver Accounting & Trip Reporting module includes many standard reports and the ability to add your own leveraging the Crystal Reporting engine. Fuel Tank & Pump Management
Track fuel and fluids so that you can analyze your costs and protect yourself against fuel management problems.

The Fuel Tank & Pump Management module provides the ability to manage on-site tank capacity, and reconcile each tank per shift to monitor for fuel loss or leakage. Transactions include tank stick readings, tank deliveries, pump meter readings, and vehicle usage per pump, including vehicle fluid usage during re-fueling. The Fuel Tank & Pump Management module also leverages the Crystal Reporting engine and includes many standard reports with the ability to add your own.

Wage Administration System (WAS)
The Wage Administration System integrates with Dynamics GP Human Resource and Payroll Series system to manage even the most complex payroll. The Wage Administration System provides the ability to globally maintain all employee and Human Resources related information. WAS integrates time worked from DSL’s Coach Manager system, VMS system and timeclocks, allows scheduling edits with required replacements, self-validates time worked against union-based driver rules, and processes all pay code and deductions based on rules maintained in the Union Management component. Global time worked automatically transfers to the respective legal entity for processing and tax compliance reporting.

By maintaining rules and CPI rates, the master payroll pay, deduction and benefit codes are automatically maintained at the employee level by date reducing timely maintenance and eliminating the risk of human error.

This solution includes many robust Crystal Reports templates for companies to utilize as the foundation of their desired reporting, saving many hours in report creation.

Client PO Management
Many school contracts require the management of blank purchase orders issued by departments. PTC Client PO Management manages blanket purchase orders by Client PO, draws against the approved PO amount charter by charter, issues warnings when exceeded and reports on remaining PO availability.

Data Conversion
PTC has a strong belief in the importance of analytical measures and trends, and customer service. Therefore, PTC has created conversion tools that facilitate migration of available data. The main benefit of the conversion tools is to provide the ability to cleanse the legacy data to leverage the enhanced functionality provided by our comprehensive solution to improve business processes.

PTC’s developed solutions have successfully converted legacy data into Dynamics GP, Coach Manager and VMS. Conversions include, but are not limited to, GL history (summary or detail), customers, vendors, employees, payroll history, open account receivable, open account payable, budgets, parts, vehicles, booking history and open bookings.
