Coach Manager PBS is a complete management system for individual passenger bookings on coach based tours, day excursions and express services.

When enquiries are received the system makes it easy for the required departure to be found by date or destination. A departure overview shows seat availability, accommodation availability, pricing details, pick-up points and descriptive notes. Taking a booking is a straightforward step-by-step process designed to eliminate any possibility of mistakes or overbooking.

Coach Manager PBS produces tickets, invoices, seating plans, pick-up lists, rooming lists, ferry passenger registration lists, luggage labels and insurance declarations. In addition there is a wide range of reports including a tour performance report that gives a complete financial analysis of all the departures for a given period. The system also offers full administration of agent bookings.

Coach Manager PBS can be fully integrated with our Coach Manager private hire and contract booking system. An entire tour, excursion or express programme can be implemented as individual private hire bookings with just a single mouse click. Coach Manager can then be used to view that programme alongside current private hire and contract commitments, allocate vehicles and drivers and print work tickets.

Coach Manager PBS has been developed using Microsoft Visual Studio as a front end to the JET database engine as used in Microsoft Access. Access is part of the widely used Microsoft Office Professional suite, so if you want access to your data you've got it!

Coach Manager PBS for Windows runs on Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT 4.0, Windows ME and Windows 95/98

Coach Manager PBS for Windows was released in October 1998 and is in daily use with more than 250 operators. It is a proven product with many years of experience behind it.

Coach Manager PBS for Windows is available with a choice of two facility levels - Standard or Professional. The Standard version is available for up to five users and the Professional version is available with any number of users. So no matter how big, or small, your company is, there is a system that is right for you.
