New Distinctive Systems Inc Appointment

Distinctive Systems Inc, our New York based subsidiary, was formed in 2009 to provide sales and support for our coach and bus industry software throughout North America, replacing our former distributor.

Since the outset DSI has achieved consistent growth in sales through improved marketing, better product knowledge and deeper industry understanding. It has also built on client satisfaction levels and strengthened client software utilization by providing the highest possible quality of user interaction, training and ongoing support.

To further enhance its support capability, DSI has appointed Paul Demciuch to take over day-to-day responsibility for software and technical support. Prior to joining DSI, Paul spent five years as a member of our UK head office support team providing clients with support not only on our software but also on associated Microsoft technologies and hardware platforms.

Paul’s arrival will be invaluable in helping DSI to keep pace with the ever-growing operational functionality provided by our software, particularly just at present, as our new Coach Manager Gross Payroll Module starts to roll out to the first clients.

Paul is based at DSI’s new Denver office, a move which will allow DSI to extend its overall support hours across North American time zones.
