The introduction of our new Microsoft SQL Server based Tour Booking System has been a huge success.
Over 40 operators are now using the system and around half have already implemented the taking of
online bookings.

"We have had the TBS online booking facility for about a year and it is a very good package.
We are now in a position where almost 25% of our day excursion bookings are made online.
We were initially concerned that the age group of our customers might be an issue, but this has not
proved the case. They appreciate the flexibility of being able to book, even if the office is closed.
Maybe at some point in the future the whole programme will be bookable online only. If staff are not
taking bookings on the phone, they can be used in other ways to push the business forward. We are
very pleased with TBS and we would recommend Distinctive Systems to anyone."

The next
Bus Association Victoria
Bus Expo takes place on the 7th to 8th July 2008 at Melbourne's
Moonee Valley Racing Club.
The show is the top annual Australian bus and coach event and attracts visitors from all
over the continent. Distinctive Systems will be exhibiting for the fourth year in succession.
