Coach Manager Online has been designed to extend the reach of the Coach Manager private hire and contract booking system out of the office and onto the Internet.

At the centre of this suite of components is a facility that enables a coach company to create its own corporate website from details entered into Coach Manager in nothing more complicated than plain English text.

These days every company is aware it needs to have a top quality professionally designed website if it is to stand a chance of succeeding. The problem is that good web design companies are expensive. The Coach Manager Online website component is included as standard with the full version of Coach Manager. An optional additional component provides operators with an online quotation request facility.

The Coach Manager Online quotation component can be used as a fully integrated part of the website component. Alternatively, operators who already have a corporate website can easily integrate it into that site.

The quotation component guides a client effortlessly through each step of an online quotation acquiring and verifying the details of the journey including pick-up date and time, pick-up point and destination, return journey details and vehicle requirements. The process of selecting a vehicle type is greatly simplified by the inclusion of vehicle images and onboard facility details.

When the client clicks the submit button the quotation requesting is written immediately and directly into the Coach Manager database. Coach Manager then raises an alert so that a member of staff can deal with the request using the built-in price calculator. The completed quotation is then automatically emailed to the client.

This powerful integration of both online and backoffice facilities means it?s possible to get a completed quotation back to a clients in literally just a matter of seconds.
