Coach Manager is a start to finish solution for the management of charter and regular contract work specially designed for coach and bus operators. The software offers secure handling of bookings,

easy and efficient allocation of vehicles and drivers, client confirmations, driver work tickets, invoicing and a built-in sales ledger with extensive financial reporting facilities.

Our Tour Booking System is a complete management solution for individual passenger reservations on tours and sightseeing trips. In addition to being a powerful back office system, TBS incorporates

a fully automated data driven website for handling online reservations from travel agents and direct clients, with real-time payment processing and automatic emailing of invoices.

Our Vehicle Maintenance System is a workshop management package designed for coach, bus and truck operators. The software handles defect reporting, statutory inspection planning, scheduled and

unscheduled maintenance activities, job card printing and history recording. VMS streamlines the whole process and will help ensure records always meet the required standard.

Distinctive Systems at Coach & Bus Live 2011

Our new software rental plan provides coach companies of all sizes with a highly attractive alternative to outright purchase, as evidenced by the large number of operators visiting the Distinctive Systems stand at the recent Coach & Bus Live exhibition at the UK's National Exhibition Centre.

Visitors to the stand were also able to preview two major new releases launching soon; a comprehensive gross payroll module for our Coach Manager charter and contract booking system, plus a new version of our Tour Booking System website and online reservation facility incorporating many advanced new features.
